Cost of extra nights – 1/6 of the tour price. When booking two tours in a row (13 nights), you'll get a complimentary night's stay!
When booking we ask 20% prepaid. We will send you the bank account details in a reply letter.
In case of cancellation of the trip, prepayment is non-refundable with the possibility of carrying over to future periods.
Change of period of stay or cancellation of booking less than 7 days before arrival - equivalent to cancellation with a penalty of 20%.

Transfer to the hotel

The tour is organized every week - from Sunday to Saturday - With free group transfer to/from the hotel.

How to get from Ukraine to Spain

FIRST STEP

Getting to airports in European countries

1) By bus. To Poland, to airports in Krakow, Warsaw, Wroclaw. To Hungary, to Budapest.

2) By train. To Poland: Kyiv/Lviv - Przemysl (intercity IC+705 K), Odessa - Przemysl, Kyiv - Warsaw, Kyiv - Chelm-Warsaw. From the railway in Przemysl to Krakow airport, take a city train from the Przemysl railway station to the Krakow station. Then - to the airport in Krakow.

To Hungary: train Mukachevo-Budapest.

SECOND STEP

Flight to Barcelona or Girona from Poland and Hungary.

Departure from the airports of Krakow, Katowice, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Budapest. Ticket price from 40€. We help you choose more profitable air tickets!

RETURN TRIP about the same.

Reservations managers will confirm times and flights based on your selected dates.

On Sunday, at the airport of Barcelona or Girona, you will be met by hotel representatives with a sign “RIDOMAR 365” and escorted to your car or bus.

Group transfer. Transport departs as guests arrive at different times. Transport departure period is 13:00-21:00. You can wait up to 4 hours.
Group transfer departure from the hotel to Barcelona airport 07:00-10:00.
Guests with late flights can take a group transfer and get to Barcelona (put things in a storage room near Plaza Catalunya) or leave Lloret de Mar on their own by bus (travel time 2 hours, ticket price 15 €).
Transfer to the airport until 07:00 is paid – 150-200 €.
